It’s Oliphant Science Award 2025 Time!

The Oliphant Science Awards are back for 2025, offering students and exciting opportunity to explore science, unleash their creativity, and showcase their work to a wider audience. 

Students will have the chance to conduct real-world scientific investigations, express their creativity through science, and develop a deeper understanding of key scientific concepts and principles. This competition also provides a platform to share projects with a broader audience and inspire others. 

Students can win prizes, gain insights in science and technology, and develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. It is open to all students, making it a fantastic opportunity for anyone with an interest in science!

Categories to Explore:

๐ŸŒฑ Citizen Science: Participate in real-world scientific projects and data collection. 

๐Ÿ’Ž Crystal Investigation: Explore crystal structures and their properties. 

๐ŸŽฎ Games:  Design educational games that make science fun. 

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Models & Inventions: Create innovative solutions to real-world challenges. 

๐Ÿ“ฝ๏ธ Multimedia: Use digital storytelling to explain scientific concepts.

๐Ÿ“ธ Photography: Capture the beauty of science and nature through photos.

Friends of Rowing Raffle

The Friends of Rowing is excited to announce our 2025 raffle! Our School community have generously donated an amazing prize pool of 12 prizes totalling over $3000! You have to be in it to win it! There is something for everyone, with fabulous prizes for those into sports and fitness, beauty treatments and products, and the foodies donโ€™t miss out either.

Ticket prices: 1 ticket for $10, 3 for $20 and the ultimate 10 for $50.
Prizes will be drawn on 15 March, and the winners will be notified by 18 March.

Funds raised will help the Friends of Rowing to support our School Rowing Program, with money going towards the purchase of new ergos and sets of oars and to contribute to the purchase of equipment to enhance the experience of our rowing community at regattas. We very much value your support. Friends of Rowing and our rowers thank you for your participation.
