Swimming Carnival 2025

We’re excited to announce the details for our 2025 Swimming Carnival. These events are a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their swimming skills, participate in friendly competition, and demonstrate their House spirit. Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend and cheer on our swimmers.

Please note that due to renovations at the North Adelaide Aquatic Centre, we have adjusted our usual arrangements. The Years 7 to 12 Carnival has been relocated to the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre, while a separate carnival for Years 4 to 6 will be held at Norwood Outdoor Pool, as the Marion venue is not suitable for younger students.

Years 4 to 6 Carnival
Date: Tuesday 18 February
Venue: Norwood Swimming Centre
Time: 9am- 12.30pm

Years 7 to 12 Carnival
Date: Wednesday 19 February
Venue: SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre, Marion
Time: 9am- 2.30pm

Click the links for the Years 4 to 6 program and the Years 7 to 12 program of swimming events with approximate start times.

Scholastic Book Club Issue 1

The best gift any parent can give a child is the love of books and the joy and benefits of independent reading for fun. Children who read at home, or are read to, have a head start on reading success in school.

Scholastic Book Club is an easy and affordable way to enjoy popular and award-winning books at home. Twice a term, during the school year, students will bring home a Book Club catalogue with a different selection of books offered for all ages. It is easy to order.

Place orders online via the Scholastic Book Club LOOP website. Simply login to an existing account or select register to set up a new profile and follow the prompts. Once books arrive, they are delivered to the classroom ready to take home or select the gift option during checkout, and the books will be delivered to the front office for parents to collect.

As a welcome back to the school year scholastic is offering up to three free books in issue one.
