Year 11 Drama Production
This week, the Year 11 SACE Drama and IB Theatre class ventured across town to the Holden Street Theatres to perform their first production as their company ‘Aftershocks Productions’. The play, ‘Trap’ by Stephen Gregg, is a documentary-theatre piece that explores a tragedy that occurred in the theatre of a small town during a high school play…with a twist. Students performed in multiple roles, demonstrating their versatility and ability to grasp some complex dialogue. The audience was audibly affected by the dramatic ending! We are very grateful to Scott and Ella for their hard work on tech and want to thank our wonderful audience for coming out to support the students.
