New Student Report

This Semester, we are introducing new student report formats from Reception to Year 12. Our School has implemented Version 9 of the Australian Curriculum and subsequently reviewed our reporting and communication practices to align with the revised curriculum. As an International Baccalaureate World School, we integrate the Australian Curriculum with the Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework in the Junior School and offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in our Senior years. The Australian Curriculum outlines the core knowledge and skills students should learn, while our IB programmes provide an inquiry-based, internationally minded approach to learning.

Student achievement will be reported against the Version 9 Australian Curriculum Achievement Standards, which describe what students should know and be able to do by the end of each year level. For more information about the Australian Curriculum Version 9, visit https://v9.australiancurriculum.edu.au/. Your child will continue to receive grades for academic achievement and effort in each learning area.

As this is a mid-year report, teachers make informed professional judgements about each student’s level of achievement, relative to the achievement standard and based on the curriculum that has been taught and assessed to this point in time. Reports will also highlight individual strengths and areas for growth, providing families with comprehensive feedback to support your daughter’s continued learning.

Our School reports aim to provide a clear and accessible overview of each student’s learning, supporting meaningful conversations about progress and future learning goals.
