Year 11 Leadership Retreat

The Year 11’s took part in their Leadership Retreat at Glenhaven Park across Thursday and Friday of Week 4. The two days were full of dynamic group activities that challenged their initiative, planning, problem-solving, perseverance, and collaboration, all whilst having lots of fun. Some of these activities included the ‘Tower Challenge’, ‘Giant Swing’, ‘High Ropes’ and ‘Mohawk Walk’.

This presented each House group with a fantastic opportunity to learn about the individual strengths of their team members, along with the overall strengths of their group. Congratulations to all the girls for their efforts across the two days as they continue preparations to lead the School through 2025.

Year 12 Art Exhibition

The culmination of years of dedication, creativity, and hard work was proudly showcased at this year’s Year 12 Art Exhibition. Held on Friday 8 November in the purpose-built Elizabeth Pike Art Space, the exhibition featured the final works of our graduating Visual Arts students, offering a unique insight into their artistic journeys.

A diverse range of artworks were on display, including paintings, product design, interior design, and three-dimensional pieces. Each student also presented an accompanying artist statement, providing a deeper understanding of their concepts, inspirations, and creative processes.

The exhibition was officially opened by contemporary South Australian artist and former staff member, Sarah Casson, who highlighted the vital role creativity plays in both art and life.

We extend our congratulations to all the Year 12 students for their impressive contributions to the exhibition and for their dedication throughout the year.
